Making Wear-Resistant Screws and Barrels for Customers Worldwide.
Based in Zhoushan, China, Zhoushan Yingda Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. (YINGDA) draws on 20 years of screw and barrel manufacturing experience. We make components for extrusion and injection molding equipment, with a focus on bimetallic solutions that balance wear resistance, quality and cost. We have served 400 customers across multiple countries and regions.
Every machine and material has different requirements. We discuss your drawings, machine dimensions, material and operating conditions before recommending a design and material option. Key dimensions and surface finish are then checked against the agreed specifications.
1-Year After-Sales Quality Assurance
Our one-year after-sales quality assurance begins on the date the screw and barrel are formally put into normal use; shipping time is not counted. Under normal operating conditions, it covers product quality issues including abnormal wear, screw breakage, and failure to reach the agreed output when first put into operation. Gradual output decline caused by normal wear over time is not a product quality issue. Human-caused breakage and damage from foreign objects are excluded. For a covered product quality issue, YINGDA provides a new replacement product at no charge.

HOW WE MAKE IT
In-House Screw & Barrel Manufacturing
Zhoushan Yingda Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. manufactures screws and barrels for extrusion and injection molding equipment. Our factory carries out machining, surface treatment and inspection in-house, working from customer drawings, samples and machine requirements.
Screw Machining
We turn, mill, grind and polish screws to the approved drawing or sample, with attention to dimensions that affect machine fit.
Barrel Machining
Our barrel machining includes deep-hole, bore and outside-diameter machining to meet the agreed component and machine requirements.
Bimetallic Barrels
We manufacture bimetallic barrels, with wear-resistant alloy options selected for the material and operating conditions.
Nitriding & Hard Chrome Plating
Nitriding and hard chrome plating are available as surface treatment options, selected to suit the application and agreed specification.
Alloy Surfacing
We provide alloy spray welding and build-up for screw flights and other wear areas when specified for the application.
Inspection & Customization
Depending on the order requirements, we check dimensions, surface condition, hardness and nitriding depth. Drawings, samples or machine details can be used to discuss custom components.
