02 / PVC PROCESSING

PVC Profile Extrusion

For window and door profiles, cable trunking and decorative sections. Formula, filler level and the existing extruder guide the matching work.

Focus: melt uniformity, surface finish and dimensional stability.

RECOMMENDED SCREW & BARREL

04 / COMPOUNDING

Granulation & Compounding

For pelletizing, masterbatch, filler masterbatch and recycled material. Configuration is reviewed against dispersion, throughput and venting needs.

Focus: mixing, filler dispersion, devolatilization and wear.

RECOMMENDED SCREW & BARREL

Corrugated pipe extrusion production line

05 / PIPE SYSTEMS

Corrugated Pipe Extrusion

For drainage and cable conduit pipes. The extruder should deliver a consistent melt to the corrugator at the required line speed.

Focus: melt strength, dimension, forming stability and throughput.

RECOMMENDED SCREW & BARREL

06 / SHEET & FILM

Sheet & Film Extrusion

For packaging film, thermoforming sheet and protective material. Screw design is reviewed with material, die and thickness requirements.

Focus: flow stability, gauge control and surface quality.

SELECTION REFERENCE

Choose a Screw & Barrel by Application

Use this table to find the product types commonly associated with your process. Final screw design, steel and surface treatment depend on the resin, machine model and operating conditions.

This is a selection reference. We will confirm compatibility against the installed machine, drawings or measured dimensions before manufacturing.

APPLICATION QUESTIONS

Questions before choosing a screw and barrel

Which screw and barrel is commonly used for PVC profiles?

A conical twin screw is common for many rigid PVC profile lines. The actual replacement must match the installed machine, dimensions and formula.

How should I choose for WPC with high filler content?

Share the polymer, wood or mineral filler level, output target and current wear pattern. The design and surface treatment are reviewed against these conditions.

What is usually reviewed for compounding and pelletizing?

Parallel twin screw systems are common in many compounding lines. Screw configuration, barrel wear protection and venting depend on the material and machine.

Can you help when we do not have the original drawing?

Yes. Start with the machine nameplate, clear photos, worn parts and measurements you have. We will identify the critical missing dimensions before finalizing a specification.

What information should I send first?

Tell us the finished product, processed resin, machine model, screw diameter if known, current issue and any drawings, photos or samples.

READY TO DISCUSS YOUR LINE?

A useful recommendation starts with a few details

You do not need a complete technical file for the first conversation.

  • Machine type, brand and model
  • Material, fillers and recycled content
  • Product and target output
  • Screw and barrel dimensions, if available
  • Current wear or processing issue
  • Drawings, photos or worn samples
